Violations in the March 6, partial election campaign – CSC imposes an administrative sanction on the General Director of AKMC

The Complaints and Sanctions Commission reviewed two requests of the State Election Commissioner for imposing administrative sanctions for violations during the partial election campaign for mayors on March 6, 2022.

With a majority of votes, CSC decided to dismiss request no. 02, dated 15.07.2022, for imposing an administrative sanction in the amount of 3,000 (three thousand) lek, to Mrs. Edona Tafa, Director and Doctor at the Rrethina Health Center, Dobraç ambulance, and the administrative sanction in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek, to Mrs. Majlinda Angoni, candidate for mayor in Shkodër Municipality. CSC terminated the administrative investigation regarding the denunciation of the “Civic Center” organization made on the denunciation portal on the official website of the CEC.

Also, by majority of votes CSC decided the partial acceptance of request no. 03, dated 15.07.2022, for imposing an administrative sanction in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL against Mrs. Eriselda Sefa, candidate for mayor and simultaneously mayor of Lushnja.

CSC decided the administrative sanction in the amount of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand), to Mr. Haki Çako, General Director of AKMC, for administrative violations during the campaign for the partial elections for mayor, dated March 6, 2022.
