Four complaints are filed with the Central Election Commission, respectively by the Demo-Christian Party of Albania, Republican Party,  Media Service Provider Mat Tv, Media Service Provider Club Tv, which appeal the decision no.224 dated 07.12.2022 of the State Election Commission ” On adoption of the findings report from the audit of funds benefited and spent by the political parties which run in local government elections of 2021″.  

The Commission of Sanctions and Complaints drew the lot to select the rapporteurs of elections complaints. According to the result of the lot, the rapporteur of the complaint filed by Demo-Christian Party is Mr. Koli Bele, the rapporteur of the complaint filed by Republican Party is Mr. Elvis Cefa, ther apporteur of the complaint filed by Mati TV, Mr. Ledio Braho and rapporteur of the complaint filed by Club TV is Mr. Ilirjan Rusmali.

The preliminary review of the complaints form and content criteria will take place on 19.12.2022.
