State Election Commissioner’s public hearing finalized the administrative investigation for reporting by institutions/agencies for the period 3 February to 9 February 2023.
The Commissioner established the cessation of administrative proceedings against the institutions as follows:
- The Prime Minister’s Office
- Ministry of Education and Sport
- Minister of State for Relations with Parliament
- Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development,
- Ministry of Justice
- Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy
- Ministry of Culture
- Ministry of Health and Social Protection
- Directorate General of Prisons
- Regional Directorate of Public Professional Education
- State Agency for Strategic Programming and Assistance Coordination
- Berat County Council
- Berat Municipality
- Durres Municipality
- Fier Municipality
- The Municipality of The City
- Kuçova Municipality
- The Town Hall of The City
- Vore Municipality
Furthermore, the Commissioner attracted the attention of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, The Fier Municipality, and the Municipality of The Saranda, to accurately calculate the 5-day deadline under article 92 points 2 of the Electoral Code.
The decision on the project “For the distribution of annual funds to political parties in the form of annual financial assistance for 2023”, at the request of political parties was postponed to the next session.
