The Appeals and Sanctions Commission examined the elements of the form and content of the two complaints filed with the CEC:
- Complaint no. 34 with the object “Amendment and objection of decision no. 170, dated 11.03.2023 of the State Elections Commissioner “On review of the request filed by political party “Democratic Creed”, for registration as an electoral subject for local government elections of May 14, 2023″;
- Complaint no. 35, with the object “Amendment and objection to decision no. 173, dated 03.2023 “On examining the request of the political party “Movement for National Development”, for registration as an electoral subject for local government elections of May 14, 2023″.
At the end of preliminary review, CSC decided to reject complaint no.34 and pass for review complaint no.35 in a public hearing.
The public session will be held on Tuesday, on 21.03.2023, at 12.30.
