The Complaint  no. 36 was also filed with the Central Election Commission,  with object “Appeal to the decision of State Election Commissioner, no. 179, dated 18.03.2023 and amendment of this decision, ruling: Suspending the registration of the subject “Democratic Party” with deputy chair Mr. Enkelejd Alibeaj in the capacity of the commanding chairman for local government elections of May 14, 2023, until the Electoral College rules its final decision on the appeal filed by “Democratic Party of Albania” subject, represented by the Chairman Mr. Sali Berisha””.

Today, the lot was cast to determine the rapporteur of the election complaint no.36 and based on the lot, the rapporteur of the complaint was selected Mr.Ledio Braho.

The preliminary review of the complaint is scheduled on Tuesday,  March 21.2023.
