The Complaints and Sanctions Commission reviewed the complaint no. 35, filed by “Movement for National Development” Party, with  object “Appeal to State Election Commissioner Decision no. 173, dated 14.03.2023”.

At the end of the review, CSC decided, by a majority of votes, to sustain the appeal, amend the decision no. 173, dated 14.03.2023 of the State Election Commissioner and require the Commissioner to register the political party “Progressive Alliance” (LZHK), chaired by Mr. Dashamir Shehi, with the initials LZHK, as an electoral subject.
