The Socialist Party of Albania filed with the CEC the Complaint no.42, with object  “Amendment to Decision no.31, dated 28.03.2023, of the CEAZ no.90 Sarande, on Non- Registration of the candidate Mr. Gjergj Filip Mërkuri as Mayor of local government unit”.

Today, the lot was cast to select the rapporteur of the complaint. According to the result of the lot, the rapporteur of the complaint will be Mr. Ledio Braho. The preliminary review of the complaint will be held on Monday, on 03.04.2023.
