The Commission of Sanctions and Complaints reviewed the criteria of form and content of the complaint no.48, dated 07.04.2023, filed by the complainant Democratic Party of Albania,  with object “On partial revocation of Decision  no. 300, dated 05.04.2023 of the State Election Commissioner ” Verification of the statements in the self- declaration forms of the candidates for Mayor in May 14 ,2023 local government elections”. Non eligibility of the candidate for Mayor of Mallakaster Municipality, the national Qerim Ismailaj, proposed by the Socialist Party of Albania” 

At the end of preliminary review, CSC, with a majority of votes decided not to pass the complaint for review.
