A training on the use of the Electronic Financial Reporting Platform (PERF) was held at the premises of the CEC. The meeting was attended by the financiers of the political parties participating in the elections for local government bodies on May 14, 2023.

This platform was developed with the aim of strengthening the supervisory capacities of the CEC and increasing transparency and accountability of political parties. It will offer greater transparency and ease of use for civil society organizations, media, and other actors involved.

Political parties/coalitions registered as electoral subjects and candidates for Mayor will report on the elections of local government bodies through PERF. The financial report, after being uploaded to PERF by the political party/coalition, is physically submitted to the CEC, signed by the financier and the Party Chairman/person authorized by him. The financial report of the candidate for mayor after it is uploaded to PERF by him, is submitted physically signed to the financier of the political party. The financial report of the candidate proposed by the voters for Mayor, after being uploaded to PERF, is signed and physically submitted to the CEC by him.
