Today, the State Election Commissioner allocated mandates among the electoral subjects for the municipal Councils of Durrës, Krujë, Pukë, Përmet, Gjirokastër, Memaliaj, Dibër Municipalities.

The commissioner decided to grant the mayor’s mandate:

1. Municipality of Tirana Mr. Erion Veliaj, proposed by the “Socialist Party of Albania”;
2. Durrës Municipality Ms. Emiriana Sako, proposed by the “Socialist Party of Albania”;
3. Lezha municipality Mr. Pjerin Ndreu, proposed by the “Socialist Party of Albania”;
4. Korça Municipality Mr. Sotiraq Filo, proposed by the “Socialist Party of Albania”;
5. Vlora municipality Mr. Ermal Dredha, proposed by the “Socialist Party of Albania”;
6. Krujë municipality Mr. Artur Bushi, proposed by the “Socialist Party of Albania”.

The Commissioner also decided to correct the material error in decision no. 549, dated 23.5.2023, “On distribution of mandates among electoral subjects for the Divjaka Municipality Council, for local government elections of May 14, 2023
