The State Election Commissioner filled the vacancies in three municipal councils:

1. Pukë Municipal Council, with the candidate from the multi-name list of the “Albanian Democratic Alliance Party” subject, Mr. Alban Lleshi.
2. Rrogozhina Municipal Council, with the candidate from the multi-name list of the “Albanian Republican Party” subject, Mr. Isa Halil.
3. Dibër Municipal Council, with the candidate from the multi-name list of the “Albanian Republican Party”, Mrs. Nertila Kaza.

The Commissioner examined the result of the Prosecutor General’s verification for the self-declared subject Mr. Armelin Koni, candidate for member of the Municipal Council of Shijak, proposed by the electoral subject “Partia Aleanca Progresiste LZHK”.
At the end of the review, the Commissioner decided to close the administrative procedure without a final decision for the self-declared subject Mr Armelin Koni, as it was considered that the purpose and aim of the in-depth review had been lost.

Also, the draft decision “On the verification of the data in the self-declaration form of the self-declaring subject Mr. Leonard Hide, Mayor of the Municipality of Libohovë, proposed by the electoral subject “Socialist Party of Albania”.
The Commissioner decided to carry out an in-depth verification of the subject Mr Leonard Hide, Mayor of the Municipality of Libohovë, proposed by the electoral entity “Socialist Party of Albania”, and to send the relevant data to the General Prosecutor’s Office for further evaluation.
