Today, the Regulatory Commission reviewed the draft decision “On the approval of some procedural deadlines related to the by-elections for the Mayor of the Municipality of Himarë, which will take place on 4 August 2024”.

The draft decision provided for all the procedural deadlines to be shortened and to respect the chronology of actions provided for by the Electoral Code for the by-elections for the Mayor of Himarë Municipality.

At the end of the review, with 3 votes in favour and 2 against, the draft decision did not receive the necessary votes to be adopted.
