On September 16, 2024, the “RIN-KRIJON” campaign was launched for young people who want to be an active part of the 2025 elections.
The contest consists in the creation of graphics, videos and slogans for the elections for the Assembly that will take place in 2025 and is organized by the Central Election Commission and the OSCE Presence in Albania.
The materials for the competition “RIN-KRIJON – Empowerment of Youth in the 2025 Electoral Process” must be new, unique, original and convey messages about the importance of elections among young people and motivate the audience to actively participate in the electoral process.
Young people who have new, special and election-themed ideas should send their materials to [email protected] by October 31, 2024.
Competition criteria and prizes.
A panel of evaluators, which will consist of representatives of the CEC, the OSCE Presence in Albania and Youth Advisory Groups will analyze the proposals and decide the winners for each category.
The competition will culminate with a closing event on November 19, 2024, where the best works and prizes for the winners will be presented.
This initiative aims to empower young Albanians and amplify their voices, in the promotion of democratic values, as well as to increase awareness and participation in electoral processes.
The 2025 contest for youth empowerment in the electoral process aims not only to raise awareness about the importance of participating in elections, but also to create a platform for young people to share their voices and ideas for a better democracy, strong and more involved.
