The Complaints and Sanctions Commission reviewed the complaint request no. 4 filed by the “European Ecological Alliance -AEE” Party with the subject “Amendment of decision no. 230, dated 28.2.2025 of the SEC “On the approval of the substantive elements of the ballot for the Assembly elections, dated 11 May 2025”.

At the conclusion of the review, the KAS rejected the request and upheld the decision no. 230, dated 28.2.2025 of the State Election Commissioner.
