The Regulatory Commission reviewed today the draft decision “Draft-regulation on the way of proceeding and conducting the sessions of the Appeals and Sanctions Commission.”
The scope of this regulation is to establish detailed rules on the organization and conduct of the sessions of the Appeals and Sanctions Commission and the rules for coordinating the administrative activity with the State Election Commissioner and the Administration of the Central Election Commission.
The regulation contains provisions related to the rights of appeal, the form and content of the appeal, the procedures for registering appeals and the sortition, the rules for the procedures for reviewing appeals and requests of the State Election Commissioner, detailed rules for the entire process of the appeal, starting with the registration of complaints in a special register, scheduling the session on the sortition, drawing the lot to determine the rapporteur of cases and provisions that regulate the decision-making activity of the Appeals and Sanctions Commission.
After its review in principle and article by article, the Regulatory Commission unanimously decided to adopt the regulation.
