The Regulatory Commission reviewed the draft decision “On adoption of technical specifications of the ballot papers for Parliamentary Elections of April 25 2021”,

The Regulatory adopted the technical specifications, according to which, the ballot paper should be of of such paper, color, thickness or configuration elements that do not not allow the reading of the ballot on the reverse side and contain security features based on the normative acts of the CEC.

The ballot contains technical elements in the form of codes that identify the electoral zone, the voting center and other identification elements which cannot be seen with a naked eye ( bar code).They will be produced in blocks without stubs. The serial number of the ballot paper block is noted in the document that accompanies the enwrapped block, based on CEC specifications.
