The Regulatory Commission reviewed and approved the draft decision “On the appointment of qualified personnel that will operate information technology devices in the voting center”.

The decision provides the criteria of selection of the technical operator, incompatibilities with the duty of technical operator, procedures for reviewing applications, training and testing of selected applicants and the conduct of this process under the leadership, supervision and monitoring of the Deputy State Election Commissioner.

Among others, the decision provides the duties of the technical operator during the election day, from the moment the voting center is opened until its closure as well as the responsibilities of the technical operators during their duty.
