In the framework of voters’ educational campaign for parliamentary elections of April 25, 2021, the CEC organized a training session with first time voters.

Students from the Faculty of Medicine were introduced with the Central Elections Commission, its leading bodies and competences. The young participants’ interest was focused on issues such as electronic identification of voters, which is implemented for the first time in Albania, the pilot project of electronic counting and voting, voting procedure, correct marking of the ballot paper, etc.

The number of first time voters in  April 25, 2021 parliamentary elections is  107,024.
