The Commission of Complaints and Sanctions reviewed the form and content of three election complaints.

At the end of preliminary review, CSC decided to reject the review of election complaint no. 13, with object “Administrative review and resolution of the complaint of Alliance for Protection of the Theater against State Election Commissioner, with complainant Alliance for Protection of the Theater.

In addition, CSC decided to pass for review the election complaint no.12, with object:

“Appeal to the Decision  no. 224 dated 13.04.2021, of the SEC “On review of the Report of Audio Visual Media Authority on coverage of election campaign by OSHMA, from March, 26,2021 to April 3, 2021, filed by the Party for Justice Integration and Unity and the election complaint no.14, with object

“Appeal to Decision no.234, dated 14.04.2021, on an administrative penalty against Mr. Gentian Picari, Mayor of Vora Municipality, by a fine at the amount of 10.000 (ten thousand ) lek, for breaching the Decision no.140, dated 15.03.2021 of the SEC, filed by the complainant Mr. Gentian Picari, Mayor of Vora Municipality.

The review of both complaints, complaint no.12 and complaint no.14 will be held on Tuesday, on 20.04.2021 at 16:00 and 17:00 hrs.
