The Commission of Complaints and Sanctions reviewed complaint no. 34, with object: “Amendment to the State Election Commissioner Decision no. 339, dated 04.05.2021 “On approval of the Aggregate Table of Results in Berat Region election zone, for electoral subjects and candidates for MP in April 25, 2021 parliamentary elections”, filed by Socialist Movement for Integration, complaint no. 35, with object “Announcement on the invalidity of elections in the following voting centers of Berat Region, VC 3446, VC 3431, VC 3445, VC 3318, VC 3275, VC 3270, VC 3287, VC 3307, VC 3472, VC 3473, VC 3482, VC 3325, VC 3456, VC 3440, VC 3330, VC 3220, VC 3433, VC 3328, VC 3429/1, VC 3518, VC 351, VC 3501, VC 3416 and election-rerun in Berat Region”, filed by complainant Socialist Movement for Integration and complaint no. 42, with object “Appeal to the State Election Commissioner Decision no. 339, dated 04.05.2021 “On approval of the Aggregate Table of Results of elections in the election zone of Berat Region, for electoral subjects and candidates for MP in April 25, 2021 parliamentary elections”, “Invalidity of elections held on April 25, 2021 in the election zone Berat Region” and “Ordering a re-run of parliamentary elections in the entire election zone of Berat Region in the nearest election period”, filed by complainant Democratic Party of Albania.  

CSC decided to resume the meeting on15.05.2021, at 10:00.

In addition, CSC decided to verify the elements of the form and content of the election complaint no.54, with object “Receipt of the recordings of the cameras of the CEAZ no. 02, no. 03, no. 04, no. 05, no. 06, no. 07 and no. 08”, filed by the independent candidate Mr. Pal Shkambi. At the end of the verification, CSC decided the rejection of the review of election complaint.
