The Commission of Complaints and Sanctions reviewed the administrative review of complaint no.34, with the following object “Amendment to the Decision no. 339, dated 04.05.2021 of the SEC ” On adoption of the Aggregate Table of Election Results for the election zone of Berat Region and recount and reevaluation of ballots for EAZs 63, 64, 65, 66,67 and 68”, filed by Socialist Movement for Integration Party.

CSC decided to amend Decision no. 339, dated  04.05.2021 of the State Election Commissioner and adopt the Aggregate of Results in the election zone of Berat Region, according to the result of the recount of 114 ballot boxes for electoral subjects  and two ballot boxes for candidates, requested by  electoral subject Socialist Movement for Integration through in their complaint no.34.

In addition, CSC decided to reject the request for invalidity of election results in the Voting Centers No. 3445, no. 3431 and no. 3318, Berat Region, as it has already been reviewed in the election complaint no.35, filed by the electoral subject Socialist Movement for Integration, which claimed the invalidity of elections in Berat Region.
