Two election complaints were filed at the CEC, CA no.57, with object “Appeal to Decision no. 420, dated 29.06.2021 of the State Election Commissioner “On review of denouncement on committed violations, based on Decision no.09, dated 24.12.2020 of the Regulatory Commission in the CEC against ” Albpetrol Sh.A”, filed by the complainant Mr. Andi Derhemi and

Complaint no. 58 with object “Appeal to Decision no.422, dated 02.07.2021 of the State Election Commissioner “On review of the result of in depth verification of General Prosecutor’s Office for the self declared subject Mr. Qerim Ismailaj, Mayor of Mallakaster, Fier Region,” filed by the Democratic Party of Albania.

CSC verified the elements of form and content of the election complaints and decided to pass them for review.

The review of complaints will be held on Wednesday, on July 7, 2021, on 09.00 and 10.00 hrs.
