Today, the Complaints and Sanctions Commission reviewed the complaint no. 76 filed with the CEC on 31.12.2021, with the object “Objection to SEC decision no. 470, dated 03.12.2021, “On approval of reports on key findings of the post-election observation process of ballot papers and electronic counting (PEVN) used for 25 April 2021 elections”, filed by 4 members of a counting team .

During the preliminary review, CSC  partially accepted the request of the members of the counting team regarding the first 5 points of the complaint concerning the invalidity of post-election observation procedure for VC 3305/2, the invalidity of the recount of ballot papers for the candidates. for deputy for this VC, the invalidity of the tabulation of results of post election verification, annulment of the findings reflected in the report of decision no. 470 of the SEC regarding this VC.

At the end of the review, CSC decided to partially accept the complaint, annulling the part of decision no. 470, of the SEC that concerns the findings of report on VC 3305/2 of CEAZ 65, Berat region.
