An election complaint no.2 is filed at the CEC,  dated 05.02.2022, with the following object “Annulment of Decision no.46,  dated 04.02.2022 of the State Election Commissioner ” On review of the Request for Registry of the Coalition House of Freedom, (Sh-L) for local government by elections of March 6, 2022″, filed by Democratic Party of Albania.

Today, the Commission of Sanctions and Complaints drew the lot to select the rapporteur of the complaint.  According to the result of the lot, the rapporteur of the complaint will be CSC member Ledio Braho.
