The State Commissioner of Elections conducted an administrative examination of the denunciation no. 1 ID from the “Together We Win” Coalition, pertaining to the alleged administrative violations during the partial elections for Mayor of Himar Municipality on 4 August 2024.

Upon conclusion of the examination, the Commissioner determined that no administrative violation had been established.

Additionally, the Commissioner proceeded to fill the vacancies that had emerged in the Has Municipality Council and the Elbasan Municipality Council, respectively, with Mrs. Blerina Çela, representing the multi-name list of the electoral subject “Social Democratic Party,” and Mrs. Areta Kumria, representing the multi-name list of the electoral subject “Socialist Party of Albania.”
