Today, in the Central Elections Commission, appeal request no. 8, dated 02.08.2024, with the object “Repeal of decision no. 159, dated 01.08.2024, of the State Commissioner for Elections, “For granting authorization for changing the location of VC no. 4589/00, for the partial elections for the mayor of Himarë, dated August 4, 2024″, with the appellant, the acting Mayor of the Himarë Municipality, Arqilea Bollano”.

The lot was cast for the assignment of the relator, the results of which determined the relator Mr. Elvis Cefa. KAS examined the elements of form and content and decided to proceed to a public hearing.
CSC at the end of the examination, by a majority of votes, partially accepted the appeal request by deciding to change the decision of the Commissioner and based on article 62 point 11, “Change of location of VC no. 4589/00 from the 9-year school “Nikolla Pano Meniko”, Spile, Rr. George Tened, no. 4 in the private environment owned by citizen Odhise Milo with address Himare, Lagjia 1 Maji, Rr. Milto Kallushi”.
