Two complaints have been submitted to the Central Election Commission:

1. Complaint request no. 9, dated 03.08.2024, with the complainant the Union Party for Human Rights, represented by the chairman Mr. Vangjel Dule and with object “Opposition to decision no. 69, dated 05.07.2024 “For the examination of the validity of the mandate of the Mayor of Himarë, Mr. Dhionisios (Alfred) Beleri, proposed by the coalition Together We Win, for the elections for local government bodies on May 14, 2023, of the State Election Commissioner”.
2. Complaint request no. 10, dated 04.08.2024, with complainant Mr. Dhionisios Alfred Beleridhe object “Opposition to the decision no. 69, dated 05.07.2024 “For the examination of the validity of the mandate of the Mayor of Himara, Mr. Dhionisios (Alfred) Beleri, proposed by the coalition Together We Win, for the elections for local government bodies on May 14, 2023, of the State Election Commissioner”.

Today, the lot was cast for the appointment of the relators of the appeal requests, the result of which determined that the relator of the appeal request no. 9 is Mr. Koli Bele and relator of appeal request no. 10 is Mr. Ledio Braho.
