The Appeals and Sanctions Commission reviewed the elements of the appeal request no. 02, dated 05.02.2022 with object, “Reverse of decision no. 46, dated 04.02.2022 of the State Election Commissioner “On the review of the request for registration of the coalition” House of Freedom “, (Sh-L), for the by-elections for mayor on March 6, 2022”, with the complainant Democratic Party of Albania.

At the end of the preliminary review, the Appeals and Sanctions Commission with 3 votes in favor and 2 against, decided not to pass for review in the hearing session because  the complainant has no legitimate interest and therefore is not legitimized for this appeal request.
