The State Election Commissioner designated the location of several voting centers in private buildings, for the local by-elections for mayor in the municipalities of Shkodra, Dibra, Durres, Rrogozhina, and Lushnja, on March 6, 2022.

The voting centers in private buildings are designated when there are no other opportunities to make use of a public building in the same area of the voting center or in a neighboring voting center area. Today’s decision of the Commissioner approves the proposals of the mayors of local government units to locate 128 voting centers in private buildings.
