The State Election Commissioner approved the representatives of media “RTSH Shkodra”, “Euro Balkans News shpk”, “TV KLAN” and “MCN TV”, “Report TV”,  “Albanian Telegraphic Agency”, “TV1 Channel”, “Syri TV”, and observers of  SHKD and KRIIK to observe local by elections of March 6, 2022.

The Commissioner approved an amendment to decision no. 9, dated 25.01.2022, of the State Election Commissioner, “On approval of the quantity of extra stamps of the voting center commission that will be produced for the local by-elections of March 6, 2022” and an amendment to decision no. 12 dated 26.01.2022, of the State Election Commissioner, “On the approval of election materials that will be used for mayoral by-elections to be held for some local government units of March 6, 2022”.

The Commissioner decided to authorize the change of location of of two voting centers in the municipality of Shkodra, for by-elections on March 6, 2022.
