The Commission of Complaints and Sanctions reviewed today the complaint no.6, dated 05.03.2022, with object “Appeal to decision no.128 dated 05.03.2022 of the SEC “On review of the request of Shkodra Municipality for granting authorization to change the location of some voting centers in Shkodra Municipality, for local government by elections of March 6,2022” filed by the electoral subject Democratic Party.

At the end of review, CSC decided to sustain the complaint and annul Decision 128 of the Commissioner on granting authorization to change the location of some voting centers for local by elections of March 6,2022.
