The Commission of Sanctions and Complaints reviewed the criteria of the form and content of the complaint no.9, filed at the CEC by Mrs. Emirjana Sako, on “Objection to Decision no.152, dated 25.04.2022 of the SEC, “On review of the denouncement of “Civic Resistance” association against the Principal of the 9 year school “Armath” and the candidate for Mayor in Durres Municipality, Mrs. Emiriana Sako, proposed by the electoral subject Socialist Party, for administrative breaches in the framework of election campaign for mayoral by-elections of March 6, 2022.
CSC decised to pass it for review in a public hearing to be held on May 27, 2022, at 11.00 hrs.
