The Complaint and Sanctions Commission  reviewed the criteria of the form and content of the appeals filed with the CEC.

At the end of the preliminary review, CSC decided to pass for review the Complaint no. 10, filed by the complainant Republican Party of Albania, complaint no. 12, filed by the Media Service Mat TV, complaint no.13,   filed by Media Service Provider Club Tv and complaint no. 14 filed by Media Service Provider A2 cnn, which appeal the Decision no. 224, dated 07.12.2022 of the State  Election Commissioner

“On  approval of the report of findings from the auditing of funds benefited and spent by political parties running in 2021 elections”.

After the preliminary review, CSC decided to review on 16.01.2023 the request of the State Election Commissioner on imposing administrative sanctions after the adoption of the findings report based on the auditing of funds benefited and spent by political parties running in 2021 elections”.

The Complaint no.10 and no.11will be reviewed on 16.01.2023 on 12.30, while the complaint no.12 ,13 and 14 will be reviewed on 17.01.2023 on 12.30.

Considering the fact that the complaints do not concern local government elections of 2023 , CSC decided to review the Complaint based on the 30 day notification provided in CSC Regulation.
