The Appeals and Sanctions Commission reviewed today the appeal requests of the Audiovisual Media Service Providers with the object of objection to decision no. 224, dated 07.12.2022 of the State Election Commissioner “On the approval of the report of findings from the audit of funds received and spent by political parties participating in the 2021 elections”.

CAS was introduced with the claims of OSHMA against the administrative sanctions imposed by the Commissioner and decided that the announcement of the decision will be made in the session of 23.01.2023, at 12:30.

Also, CAS examined the elements of the form and content of the Fryma e Re Demokratike ‘s complaint with the object of objection to point 21 of the decision no. 224, dated 07.12.2022 of the State Election Commissioner and repeal of the obligation of the “Fryma e Re Demokratike” Party to return the sum of 485,332 ALL to the CEC.

CAS decided to proceed to a public hearing on 23.01.2022, at 12:45.
