The Central Election Commission trained the candidates for long term trainers for May 14,2023 local government elections. 

The training lasted 12 days and more than 40 candidates for 61 municipalities participated in it. The candidates were divided into three teams and each team was trained through a four day intensive program on election process. 

The training of long term trainers was enabled through their direct participation, by adopting BRIDGE methodology as an efficient method of interaction with participants.

 The selected trainers will train the election administration and election campaign monitors and the candidates of electoral subjects or those proposed by the voters. 

The CEC will continue with the training, aiming to prepare a team of trainers with consolidated knowledge on election processes and train them with an efficient interactive methodology for acquiring knowledge and delivering it to the target group they will train.
