The State Election Commissioner Mr. Ilirjan Celibashi raised the concern of non-compliance with the requirement of written notification of voters, by local government unit.
40 municipalities have reported the beginning of written notification of the voters. Out of them, only 12 municipalities have reported regarding the process of written notification of voters, through regular weekly reports for January 14- February 27, period.
The municipalities of Bulqizë, Durrës, Elbasan, Fier, Gramsh, Mirditë, Pogradec, Prrenjas, Roskovec, Shkodër, Tiranë, Dimal, have regularly reported the progress of voters notification Out these municipalities, only 5municipalities have reported, which are Mirditë, Pogradec, Roskovec, Shkodër dhe Dimal municipalities.
Only the municipalities of Durrës, Elbasan and Fier have regularly reported on the administrative units with complete data based on the CEC requests for the reporting period:
