During today’s public session,  the State Election Commissioner continued the administrative investigation against the responsible people, for the reporting of public activities, for May 14, 2023 local government election’s

The administrative review continued for 20 institutions which were found to have violated the reporting deadline, 3 institutions for abuse of public resources, 8 institutions for starting the recruitment procedures. 

During the session, the  representatives of the below institutions presented their claims: 

1. Ministry of Health and Social Protection 
2. National Entity of Buildings 
3.      Competition Authority 
4. Prefecture of Durrës Region
5. Belsh Municipality 
6. Konispol Municipality 
7. Kavajë Municipality 
8. Bulqizë Municipality 
9. Elbasan Water Supply and Sewage Company 
10. Power Distribution Operator Elbasan 
11. Local Office of Pre University Education, Elbasan
12. Regional Directorate of Social Security, Elbasan
13. Regional Directorate of Operator of Health Care Services 
14. Regional Directorate of National Agency of Employment and Skills, Elbasan 

  At the end of assessment, the decision will be taken by the State Election Commission. 

In addition,  the Commissioner assesed the reporting of activities of a public character for March 3- March 9, 2023 period. A total of 272 activities are reported from 59 institutions. Out of them, 40 activities held by 19 institutions were found to have breached the legal deadline.  During today’s public session,13 institutions presented their claims.

At the end of the review, the Commissioner will reach a decision.
