Two complaints were filed at the Central Election Commission as follows:

1. Complaint no. 34 with object “Correction and appeal to the Decision no. 170, dated 11.03.2023  of the State Election Commissioner,” On the review of the request of political party Democratic Creed, for registration as electoral subject in local government elections of May 14, 2023″.
2. The complaint no.25 with object ” Correction and appeal to the Decision no. 35, dated 14.03.2023 ” On review of the request of the political party “Movement for National Development” for registration as electoral subject for local government elections of May 14,2023″.

The lot was cast today for determining the rapporteurs of election complaints. Based on the result of the lot, the rapporteur of election complaint no.34 is Mr. Elvin Lako and the rapporteur of the complaint no.35 is Mr. Elvis Çefa.

The preliminary review of election complaints by the Commission of Sanctions and Complaints will take place on Monday, on 20.03.2023.
