During the public session, the Commission of Sanctions and Complaints reviewed the complaint no.45, filed by” Progressive Alliance  LZHK” , with object  “Appeal to Decision of CEAZ no. 53, Prrenjas, no. 20, dated 30.03.2023, on non registration of the list of candidates of LZHK for the municipality of Prrenjas”. 

At the end of the review, CSC, with the majority of votes, decided to reject the request and leave in power the Decision no.20, dated 30.03.2023 of CEAZ no. 53, Prrenjas.   

Today, CSC also reviewed the complaint no.46, dated 04.04.2023, filed by the complainant  Mr. Çlirim Hoxha ” Appeal to Decision no.19, dated 29.03.2023, 10.00 hrs, of the CEAZ no.72, Devoll, on review of the request for registration of the candidate proposed by the voters for local government unit Mayor,   Mr. Çlirim Hoxha, with the attached documents with protocol no.44, dated 03.04.2023″.

At the end of the review, CSC with a majority of votes, decided to uphold complaint no.46 and require CEAZ no.72, to register and document the registration in compliance with the law and submit it to the CEC. 

CSC reviewed the criteria of the form and content of the election complaint no.47,  dated 05.04.2023, filed by the complainant Mr. Vebi Hana, candidate for Mayor of Prrenjas Municipality, proposed by the “National Unity Party” , with object ” Appeal to Decision  of the CEAZ no.53. 2. Change of the Decision by deciding the registration of Mr. Vebi Hana.  

At the end of preliminary review, CSC decided to dismiss the complaint.
