Today, the State Election Commissioner held the administrative review of the complaint no.339, on opening of the election office of ” Together we Win” Coalition , in violation of the Instruction no.6 ,dated 23.023.2021 of the State Election Commissioner, for May 14,202 local government elections. The Commissioner stated that the compliance with the legal provisions should be ensured in agreement with the electoral subject. 

In addition, the Commissioner determined the political parties that will propose the third and fourth member of the Ballot Counting Teams. The Commissioner decided that the third member of the Ballot Counting Teams will be proposed by the Socialist Party of Albania and the fourth member will be proposed by the opposition parties, the Party of Freedom  ( PL)and the Party for Justice Integration and Unity ( PDIU). The lot for the fourth member, between PDIU and the PL will be cast in the coming session.
