The Appeals and Sanctions Commission reviewed the elements of the form and content of request no. 16 and no. 17 of the State Election Commissioner for imposing administrative sanctions for administrative breach of the Electoral Code and decision no. 9/2020, of the Regulatory Commission, by the mayor for misuse of public resources as well as persons responsible to report public activities.

At the end of the preliminary review, CSC decided to hold a public session on the Commissioner’s requests, Tuesday, 02.05.2023, at 1:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Preliminary review of request no. 15 of the Commissioner will take place on Tuesday, 02.05.2023.

Complaint request no. 52 has been filed in the Central Election Commission with the object “Repeal of decision no. 32, 33, 58, 42, 46, 47, 48, 51, 52, 54, 55, dated 24. 4. 2023 in CEAZ no. 17, “On the appointment of members of the Voting Center Commission no. 0939, no. 0941, No. 0943, No. 0993, No. 0997, No. 0998, No. 0998/1, No. 1002, No. 1003, No. 1025 and No. 1026, for the elections for local government bodies with complainant Partia Socialiste e Shqipërisë, Klos branch, represented by Mr. Armand Gjini. The results of the lot drawn determined Mr. Elvin Lako as rapporteur.

CSC reviewed the elements of the form and content of the appeal request and at the end of the preliminary review decided not to consider it since the appellant cannot appeal.

It is also filed in CEC, the appeal request no. 53, with the appellant the Partia e Lirisë with object “Opposition to the decision of the State Election Commissioner no. 404, dated 24.04.2023 “The appointment of political parties that will propose the third and fourth member of the Ballot Counting Teams, for the elections for local government bodies on May 14, 2023″ and the amendment of the decision, appointing the Partia e Lirisë as a political party that  has the right to propose the fourth member of the ballot counting team”.

The results of the lot determined the rapporteur of this request, Mr. Elvis Cefa.

CSC reviewed the elements of form and content of request no. 53 and decided to proceed to a public session on 02.05.2023, at 12:30.
