The Commission of Sanctions and Complaints reviewed three requests of the State Election Commissioner to impose administrative sanctions for misuse of public resources. 

At  the end of review of request no. 24, CSC decided to partially uphold the request and impose administrative penalties, a fine of 7,000 ALL for Mr. Florenc Doka, responsible person for reporting of public activities in Cerrik Municipality and a fine in the amount of 5 000 ALL for Mr. Astrit Seferkolli, the responsible person for reporting of public activities in the Municipality of Devoll.

With a majority of votes, CSC decided to reject the request no.24 on imposing administrative sanctions on Mr. Gledjan Llatja, Mayor of Elbasan Municipality, Mr. Andis Salla, Mayor of Cerrik Municipality and Mr. Rakip Suli, Mayor of Kamza Municipality.  

In addition, CSC partially upheld the request no.26 of the Commissioner and imposed an administrative penalty, a fine of 2,500 ALL on Mr. Arben Qafa, head of Cultural Center  “Margarita Tutulani”, Berat.   

With a majority of votes, CSC decided to reject the request no.27 on imposing administrative sanctions on Mr. Gledjan Llatja, Mayor of Elbasan Municipality and Mr. Arif Tafani, Mayor of Belsh Municipality.
