The State Election Commissioner, reviewed the results of verification by Attorney General for the self declaration of the subject Mr. Serdar Hoxha, candidate for MP from the multi member lists of Social Democratic Party, Shkodër Region.

The Commissioner found that Mr. Serdar Hoxha is not in the condition of non eligibility for exercising the public function of MP.

In addition,  the Commissioner reviewed the result of verification for the self declaration of the subject Mr. Rezeart Xhelal Tusha, candidate for MP from the multi member list of the coalition DP -Alliance for Change, Durrës Region. 

The Commissioner found that Mr. Rezeart Tusha is not in the condition of non eligibility for the public function of MP. 

During the session, the Commissioner approved the Aggregate Tables of Results for the election of Mayor of Rrogozhine Municipality, the Aggregate Tables of Results for the election of municipal council Rrogozhinë, the Aggregate Tables of Results for the election of Mayor of Belsh and the Aggregate Tables of Results for election of Municipal Council Belsh, for local government elections of May 14, 2023.
