The Commission of Sanctions and Complaints reviewed the complaints no.65, filed by “Legality Movement Party ”On announcement of invalidity of elections in VC no. 1100, no. 1575 in Dibër Municipality. Appeal to decision no. 325, dated 17.05.2023 of the CEAZ no. 19, Dibër Municipality”.

At the end of the review, CSC decided to reject the complaint and leave in force the decision of the CEAZ no. 19, on approval of the Aggregate Table of Results for Dibër Municipality Council.

In addition, CSC reviewed the criteria of the form and content of complaints no. 63, no. 65, no. 68, no. 69, no. 70 no. no. 72 and 73.

At the end of the preliminary review, CSC decided to return as incomplete the complaint  no. 69, filed by the complainant Mr. Naci Lato, representative of the electoral subject “New Democratic Spirit” Party, Memaliaj with object “Declaration of invalidity of elections in all VCs of CEAZ no. 78, Memaliaj” and complaint no. 72, filed by complainant Ms. Lame Jaupaj, representative of the electoral subject LZHK, Memaliaj with the object “Recounting the boxes in the Municipal Council CEAZ 78, Memaliaj”.

CSC decided to pass for review the following appeals:

1. Complaint no. 63, filed by complainant Demo- Christian Alliance Party of Albania, on “Appeal to Decision no. 260, dated 16.05.2023 of CEAZ no. 07, Pukë Municipality, “On approval of the aggregate table of results for Pukë Municipal Council“, requesting the recount and reevaluation of valid and invalid votes.
2. Complaint no. 68, , filed by complainant Demo- Christian Alliance Party of Albania, on  “Appeal to decision no. 86, dated 16.05.2023 of CEAZ no. 76, Permet Municipality, “On approval of the Aggregate Table of results for the elections of Permet Municipality Council”.
3. Complaint no. 70, filed by the complainant Progressive Alliance Party LZHK,  on “Request on recounting of boxes of Municipal Council no. 0408, 0415, 0422, 0424, 0425, 0430.  Change of the Aggregate table of the result of Pukë Municipal Council, based on the result of the recount”.

4. Complaint no. 73, filed by the complainant Demo- Christian Alliance Party,  on “Appeal to decision no. 196, dated 18.05.2023 of CEAZ no. 80, Gjirokastra. Declaration of invalidity of elections in VC no. 4310, VC no. 4262, VC no. 4242 etc., electoral zone Gjirokastër Municipality”.

The review of complaints will take place in a public hearing on Wednesday, on 24.05.2023, at 12:30.
