The Commission of Sanctions and Complaints reviewed complaint no.88, dated 25.05.2023, filed by the Party for Justice, Integration and Unity, with object: “Appeal to the CEC Decision on approval of the Aggregate Table of Results of election zone Lezha Municipality. Change of the Aggregate Table of Results of election zone Lezha Municipality for Municipal Council. 

At the end of review, CSC decided to dismiss the complaint and leave in force the Decision of State Election Commissioner. 

In addition, CSC reviewed the complaint no.92, dated 27.05.2023, filed by the Party for Justice, Integration and Unity, with object: “Appeal to CEC Decision  on approval of the aggregate table of election results Librazhd Municipality. Change of the Aggregate Table of Results of election zone Librazhd Municipality for Municipal Council. 

Upon request of the complainant to withdraw the appeal, CSC dropped the administrative proceedings.
