Today, the State Elections Commissioner granted the mandate of the deputy of the Assembly of the Republic of Albania to the candidate of the multi-name list of the “Partia Socialiste të Shqipërisë”, Durrës region, Mr. Arkend Balla.

There were also substituted the vacancies in 7 municipal councils:

1. Fier Municipal Council, with the candidate from the multi-name list of the Coalition ” Aleanca Liberale e Djathtë “, Mrs. Zamira Mernica”.
2. Skrapar Municipal Council, with the candidate from the multi-name list of the “Bashke Fitojme” Coalition, Mr. Erald Zaimi”.
3. Pogradec Municipal Council, with the candidate from the multi-name list of the ” Partia Demokratike të Shqipërisë “, Mrs. Alketa Beka”.
4. Pogradec Municipal Council, with the candidate from the multi-name list of the ” Partia Demokratike të Shqipërisë “, Mr. Engjëll Shyti”.
5. Selenica Municipal Council, with the candidate from the multi-name list of the ” Partia Socialiste e Shqipërisë “, Mrs. Menë Osmënaj”.
6. Rrogozhina Municipal Council, with the candidate from the multi-name list of the Coalition “Bashke Fitomje”, Mrs. Lije Dedej”.
7. Mallakastër Municipal Council, with the candidate from the multi-name list of the “Party Justice, Integration and Unity”, Mrs. Zhaneta Hoxhaj”.
8. Klos Municipal Council, with the candidate from the multi-name list of the ” Partia Socialiste e Shqipërisë “, Mr. Eduart Hoxha”.

In today’s session, the piloting on the accreditation of observers through the electronic platform of observers in the elections for the Mayor of Rrogozhina, dated July 23, 2023, was approved.

The observer portal is an interactive system for the registration and administration of non-partisan election observers and aims to make the process many times faster and more effective.

In order to apply for the accreditation of observers, first you must register as an organization. If the organization/institution that makes the request meets the criteria to be an election observer, then it will be given the opportunity to access the observer portal with the credentials, which will be sent to the email stated during the application. With the provision of the credentials, it is also possible to access the portal, in which requests for the accreditation of representative observers can be uploaded.
