Today, the Regulatory Commission approved the decision on the use of recording cameras and monitors for the display of ballots in the ballot counting centers, in local by elections for the Mayor of Kukes Municipality to be held on September 24,2023. Real time video broadcast for the monitoring and counting of ballots from ballot counting centers to the Central Elections Commission.

The use of recording cameras and monitors        ( screens) and real time video broadcast from the ballot counting site to the Central Elections Commission will be done based on procedural rules adopted through normative acts of the Regulatory Commission. 

In addition, the Regulatory Commission decided that electronic voters identification device will be used in local by elections for Mayor of Kukes Municipality.
