The Commission of Sanctions and Complaints announced the Decision on Complaint no.93, filed by Democratic Party of Albania “On change of the Decision no.19.08.2023 of the State Election Commissioner “On determining the political parties eligible to propose the members and secretary of the Commission of Election Administration Zone no.11, for local by elections for Mayor of Kukes Municipality to be held on September 24,2023“.

With the majority of votes, CSC decided to reject the request and leave in force the Decision of the State Election Commissioner. 

CSC reviewed today the complaint no.94, with object “Complaint to the State Election Commissioner’s Decision no.745, dated 04.09.2023 and change of the Decision by deciding the registration of the Democratic Party of Albania, represented by the chairman Sali Berisha as electoral subject for local by elections for Mayor of Kukes Municipality on September 24,2023″. 

At the end of the review, with the majority of votes, CSC decided to reject the request and leave in force the Decision no.745 of the State Election Commissioner.
