The State Election Commissioner reviewed today the administrative complaint filed by ” Civic Resistance” organization, requesting the prohibition of the event the candidate of the Socialist Party of Albania, Mr. Albert Halilaj , for local government elections for Kukes Municipality Mayor, to be held on September 24,2023.

 The electoral subject Socialist Party of Albania filed in the CEC the report , stating that the concert mentioned is not held or organised by this subject and the candidate Albert Halilaj.

The Commissioner decided to drop the administrative review and monitor this event.
