The State Election Commissioner, Mr. Ilirjan Celibashi attended the meeting of the Steering Committee of the Horizontal Facility of the Western Balkans and Turkey. In this meeting, he shared with the participants the development of Electronic Platform of Financial Reporting by the Central Elections Commission.

In his address, Commissioner Celibashi emphasized that PERF is not simply a technological innovation, but a representation of the standards of democracy, transparency and integrity, the commitment for a political landscape which is more accountable, more transparent and fair.

 In addition, the Commissioner expressed his appreciation for all those who contributed in this development, the international partners from the Council of Europe and EU Delegation, and all those who were engaged in this process along with the CEC.
